Schedule your dates and programme with Don. This can be spread over weeks or months or via intensive days grouped together. Many factors can influence this and flexibility is the key and we are as flexible as possible when it comes to your needs and development.
Full details of venue, equipment and clothing etc will be provided. There will also be an element of pre-work assigned to help you formulate your own goals and outcomes ahead of starting the program.
Once the program is started then fexibility is the key, weather, fitness levels and other factors such as progress through the program means that details and plans can be changed and adapted by agreement. The goal is to get you to where you want and need to be and how we get there is never a linear process.
