PHASE 2: BUILD
This is a 5 stage program that can be done either intensively over a week or over any longer time period.
They can be either via the Accelarate Option of 5 x half days or the Extreme Option 5 x full days
Activities: there can be different activities at each session or the same activity over several sessions - options are open and personalised.
Goal: Reconstruct mindset, habits, values, and lifestyle with conscious intention.
Session 1: Vision
Who are you becoming? Define values, purpose, and desired future.
Session 2: Structure
Create daily rituals and structure that support your new identity.
Session 3: Strengthen
Emotional fitness, mental strength, and adaptive tools.
Session 4: Fuel
Align physical wellbeing with mental/emotional growth.
Session 5: Align
Career, relationships, finances - bring them into alignment.
