BREAK

PHASE 1: BREAK 

This is a 5 stage program that can be done either intensively over a week or over any longer time period. 

They can be either via the Accelarate Option of  5 x half days or the Extreme Option 5 x full days

Activities: there can be different activities at each session or the same activity over several sessions - options are open and personalised.

Goal: Clear out the negativity and or baggage. Let go of the past. Lay the foundation for growth.

Session 1: Uncover

Identify key blocks, stuck patterns, and emotional anchors.

Session 2: Reveal

Dive into personal narratives and belief systems. What needs breaking?

Session 3: Release

Rituals or exercises for release - forgiveness, journaling, breathwork, etc.

Session 4: Cut

Define and implement energetic, emotional, or physical boundaries.

Session 5: Reset

Create internal safety and a calm baseline for the rebuild phase.
