PHASE 3: BECOME
This is a 5 stage program that can be done either intensively over a week or over any longer time period.
They can be either via the Accelarate Option of 5 x half days or the Extreme Option 5 x full days
Activities: there can be different activities at each session or the same activity over several sessions - options are open and personalised.
Goal: Embody the change. Anchor the identity. Expand the vision.
Session 1: Anchor
Create practices to embody and reinforce the new self daily.
Session 2: Live
Apply new tools in actual life situations. Tweak and adapt.
Session 3: Stretch
Push beyond comfort zones. Set bold challenges.
Session 4: Reflect
Audit growth. Reflect on mindset shifts and identity evolution.
Session 5: Lead
Long-term strategy to sustain momentum, growth, and alignment.
